who is in forex ?!!

hi everyone just to add some info who is really in forex game for example if i need 1B dollar to be changed into 1B euro so i buy a company :D so the back see dollar and buy euro for me in forex market (right?) but they have to reclose the poisition and buy the dollar again so what is the use... who is in forex ?!!
