Greece sent list of 18 reforms to EU on the weekend.
Comments from Tsipras in Greek parliament:

Greek debt needs restructuring in order to be repaid
Govt reform program will be agreed with partners
Primary surplus in 2014 was 0.3% of GDP
Tsipras says govt has secured 100 million euros from settlement of tax arrears in a week
The bolded doesn't sound good. Greece doesn't have a tremendous burden in the next few years if it can remain in the bailout program.
