IC Markets - Frozen Platform

I use IC Markets as my broker.
At many levels, they are excellent - Good speed, very tight spreads and robust execution.
However, I have continuously experienced one major flaw.
Every time the current candle closes and a new one opens, their platform freezes.
This is particularly bad when NY closes, when it freezes for a number of minutes.
I have written to them several times but they just deny that it happens at all.
It is real shame because, otherwise they are a good broker.
Anybody have this same experience?
