System Minimum Acceptable Annual Retrun

What is the minimum acceptable annual return for a trading system to be considered for investment ?
Through the years I had different kinds of investments. One of the Safest and Guaranteed investments was the Real-Estate.
I made on average, 20% annual return on real estate with Minimal Effort, and almost Zero draw down.
So, for me, I can only consider Auto Systems with min. 40% Annual Return, And Manual Systems with at least 80% Annual Return, both with 20% max. draw down.
What about you ?
