University Courses relating to Forex/Trading?

Hi,
I was just wondering, if one was wanting to learn more about Forex/Trading/Markets at University, what the course title would be calle?
Not courses teaching 'how to trade forex', buy ones out there that teach things such as how and why markets work, the history of them etc, how government intervention such as pegging works etc etc? More of the educational history/general info about markets.
I'm guessing some Finance courses touch on it?
If I was looking for a course/module in this area, what would the title be? (International Finance? Finance? Economics? Financial Systems?)
