I do have an long-term account slow, steady gain. (TZ and other Stuff)
This journal get inspired by a lot of traders here.
I try to make 20 to 50 pips to double small account every step.
A trade will last from minutes to max 2 hours.
A Step can be a session or days. Go to Next Step when double account.
Phase One:
Demo and Join Demo Contests.
Phase Two:
Risk $10 or $20 a Month to Make 2^10 Account.
I am in Phase One.
My experiment till now:
I think i will make it. So i make this journal to push myself, share my experience. If i make mistake, you can learn from my mistake. If i successful make it happen, i hope i can inspire someone.

Holy-grail is a state of mind.
Success come from my mind.
I will focus on successful decision and trade than money.
I will listen to Motivation Music or Binaural beats to have concentration while trading.
I will not watch Youtube videos and read forex news, interactive thread while trading.
I will discipline to my rules.
Experiment between standing and sitting.
I will open small lot to trade test if my decision is right. Then open larger lot trade after.
Small trade if win can serve as positive state, cover the cost for larger trade.
Hedge if there is opposite trade.
I am not a Technical or Fundamentalist. I would like to call myself a opportunist.
I dont try to predict market. It useless.
When i try to predict market, i get attached to it and lost.
But i do try to predict what banks and big boys will do with the market.
I dont attach to price, i can adjust trade so i have more successful trade.
This journal's system is based on Money flow of Currency.
Track Banks and Big Boys
Check if there is any red news can move market
Look at Market Sentiments: Oanda , Dukascopy, eToro, myfxbook.
Look at 28 Pairs in various Timeframe: 1, 5, 10, 30, 1 H, 2 H, 4H
Look for big movement in M1
Trading Time
7 GMT: Prepare
8-11, 13-15: Trading
Stop whenever meet goal but i will stay if i see Opportunity.
Develop Indicators or EA to help me track Banks and Big Boys.
Watching Board: Best pair to trade now base on 28 pairs.
Money Flow: See money flow in and out of current pair when i choose a pair to trade.
