Question about this ATR indicator?

Try zooming out on it on atleast an H1 chart and it gives a specific price point. Try zooming into the chart with M1 and the price changes for the high or the low what gives? I see no reason why it would need to give alternate prices just because it's zoomed in or not? Question about this ATR indicator?
