US EIA crude oil inventories +8170K vs +4912K exp

US weekly oil storage data from the EIA.
• US crude oil inventories rose 9622K the previous week
• API reported that US inventories rose 4.8m barrels
• Cushing inventories +1911K
• Gasoline inventories -2014K vs -1687K exp
• Distillates -34K vs -856K exp
Another bearish report for oil overall but the draw in gasoline supplies was slightly more than expected. Crude oil is paring its gains after the numbers.
